    • Customers purchase a set number of support tokens that can be used over a 12-month period.
    • Each token covers a specific IT issue or service request, such as device troubleshooting, software installation, or basic configuration tasks.
    • The tokens can be used as needed throughout the year, giving the business flexibility without committing to a continuous support contract.
    • Each token is for 1 hour of service
    • This is a remote service and does not require an engineer to attend your site
  2. User Device Management:

    • Focused support for user devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
      • Troubleshooting and resolving issues like system crashes, software malfunctions, and connectivity problems.
      • Setting up and configuring new devices
      • Ensuring security software (antivirus, firewalls) is installed and up to date on all user devices.
      • Performing periodic system health checks to prevent potential issues
  3. Annual License Review

    • A once-a-year review of software licenses to ensure the business is compliant and making optimal use of software.
    • This includes checking for:
      • Unused or underutilised licenses, which can be retired or reallocated.
        Expiring licenses that need renewal.
      • Opportunities for cost savings, such as consolidating subscriptions or moving to more cost-effective licensing models.
      • Advising on new software that could benefit the business or reduce costs.
