To assist with our continued company growth, we are looking for well- established sales people to join us in expanding our reach throughout the UK.
To be conversant technically with our key vendors, and to continuously increase product knowledge, sales skills / techniques and develop a strong commercial acumen
To build a new customer base
A willingness and desire to undertake training as required
Have strong leadership skills
Be confident in dealing with people at all levels in a professional manner
Be well organised and proactive
Persuade and influence the required internal and external stakeholders
Be self-motivated and use initiative in pursing and closing new business
Have integrity and display the simple values of the company
Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft tools
Good written and spoken English. The ability to compose clear and effective communications.
Business to business sales experience and commercial awareness
Previous IT reseller or Industry experience, candidates should be familiar with dealing with the channel and distribution and have experience of selling managed services or IT solutions
Track record in securing net new business within the commercial sector
Develop an opportunity pipeline against Capella’s core portfolio, to support performance against margin targets
Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with targets
Confident in communicating at senior executive level
Developed networking, relationship and interpersonal skills
Good connections with industry peers
